Designed a corporate presentation folder for Atlas UK, a Liverpool-based property company specializing in property sales, lettings, and management. The objective of the project was to create a professional marketing folder that reflects the company’s long-standing presence in the Liverpool property market while maintaining a clean and trustworthy brand image.

The design incorporated the company’s blue brand color scheme, logo placement, and Liverpool-themed imagery to strengthen brand identity and local connection. The layout was carefully structured to present key company information, services, and contact details in a clear and professional format suitable for client meetings and property presentations.

The folder also highlighted the company’s industry credentials and affiliations, including ARLA, NAEA, and The Property Ombudsman (TPO), reinforcing credibility and trust with potential clients.
